Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and offered a gorgeous view of Lyon, but mine was not made up during my absence. The service, however, was outstanding - the staff were so helpful, efficient, and friendly. The location, although beautiful overlooking Lyon, was a little far from the city center but made up for it with easy access to Old Town via the funicular. The dining experience was disappointing in terms of value for money, and the buffet choices were not very exciting. The facilities were underwhelming, but the setting in the garden was charming.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with a perfect bathtub plus a great shower. However, my room was not made up when I went out. The service was lovely and very nice, but there were issues they were unable to resolve. The location, while up on a hill and overlooking Lyon, was not the best as it was far from everything. The dining experience was not the best value for money at 35 euros a head. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were extremely clean and had a nice view, with a perfect bathtub, shower, and toilet, but the room was not made up during our absence. The service was outstanding with amazing, kind, and helpful staff, offering excellent room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The location, though beautiful and serene, was a little remote and lacked adequate changing space. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming with limited buffet choices at a high price. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were top-notch, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were beautifully designed with a nice view, a perfect bathtub, and great shower and toilet facilities. However, my room was not made up when I went out. On the bright side, I had a very nice little terrace overlooking natural gardens, which was wonderful.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered a nice view of the natural gardens from my little terrace. The service was exceptional, with the staff being kind and helpful. The location, although a bit far from the city center, provided a beautiful overlook of Lyon. The dining experience was not the best value for money, but the facilities were top-notch.
